Hi! I am Lisa Clark!

I’m a certified Holistic Nutritionist, who loves yoga, traveling, and I’m the founder of Cook Recipe.

Most of the time, you’ll see me in the kitchen making new recipes or working out in the gym! What I really love in life is helping others live healthier and happier lives. I’m fortunate to meet and motivate people from all over the world.

I aim to give you easy recipes that are simple to follow, taste really good, and are good for you too.

My way of coaching is to empower you to become the leader you want to be. You are unique, so your coaching should be too. I don’t follow a template, or ‘one size fits all’.
